artisan chocolateur in the Northwest
United States, who produces an elegant
European style bar (no waxes or preservatives).
The base chocolate is shipped from Germany,
then melted, flavored, and tempered to
produce the best texture balance of firm
and creamy – less sugary, so that
pure chocolate is the first taste sensation
you experience. |
